How to host my webserver?

So i downloaded Abyss Web Server i have it all set up and it is running on my localhost (127.0.0.1) but i want to make it public? I have No-IP and i am trying to use that but when i click the redirect port 80 it ask me for a port and it wont except the port 80 im using so i put in a different port lik 8000 and 8080 and it wont show it then. Any Ideas?
