Please can anyone give me a good diet and workout plan to lose 15 lbs in 2-3 months?

In the mornings eat low fat cereal with fruit in between breakfast and lunch eat a granola bar or fruits, at lunch eat a small sandwich with Dijon mustard and no mayo with cheese on the side and fruits like grapes, in between lunch and dinner another granola bar or small snack low in fat etc, dinner eat tuna, it can help you lose weight like a tuna sandwich and some more fruits and granola or crackers,in between dinner and sleep eat another snack like before small pieces of cheese and granola etc. exercise thirty minutes a day like 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening and it matters what your portions are count your calories you probably should only eat 1000 calories a day, so look at the serving size if you eat 6 times a day it speeds up your metabolism and burns fat. Hopes this helps but you must exercise or it wont help much, drink 8 glasses of water a day, drop soda completely this can help you lose a lot of weight and drink juice like orange juice etc they are high in sugar but still good for your heart and drink the serving size. like i said hope this helps xxx
