Paranormal problems? I think..?

Well Yesterday night a woke up around 3:00 -4:00 and I could of sworn I saw someone else in my mirror when I got up to go to the bathroom I dont scare easily but I really think that the person looked very realistic now I know this wasnt a dream because my toe when over the floorboards must of hit a lose nail and got cut and to make sure this wasnt a dream I checked this morning and there the cut was the exact same place where it was that night. I didnt sleep well after that because I couldnt get the image from my head I had never seen the person before but it seemed young about the age of 7-10 maybe? I have a bathroom in my room like my own bathroom with the mirror on the wall so when you open the door you can see the mirror I dont drink or do drugs if thats what you would thing I am confused though. Any thoughts?
