Is it true several buffet restaurants in New Jersey are suing Gov Christie for forcing them into bankruptcy?

There are people that come into buffets in the morning and leave when they close. They're there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If buffets are being forced to close, it's not because of a single customer. It's because they couldn't cut the mustard. Food service is a competitive business with many casualties.
