In the mornings eat low fat cereal with fruit in between breakfast and lunch eat a granola bar or fruits, at lunch eat a small sandwich with Dijon mustard and no mayo with cheese on the side and fruits like grapes, in between lunch and dinner another granola bar or small snack low in fat etc, dinner eat tuna, it can help you lose weight like a tuna sandwich and some more fruits and granola or crackers,in between dinner and sleep eat another snack like before small pieces of cheese and granola etc. exercise thirty minutes a day like 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening and it matters what your portions are count your calories you probably should only eat 1000 calories a day, so look at the serving size if you eat 6 times a day it speeds up your metabolism and burns fat. Hopes this helps but you must exercise or it wont help much, drink 8 glasses of water a day, drop soda completely this can help you lose a lot of weight and drink juice like orange juice etc they are high in sugar but still good for your heart and drink the serving size. like i said hope this helps xxx

I think I have an eating disorder of some sort?

I've been doing this since probably 5th grade, and im going into 8th grade now. basically i'll be really careful about what I eat, counting calories and over exercising. and then a few days later, I'll go totally overboard and load up on junk food. then i'll feel totally guilty and starve myself. Head Trauma as a kid, or just my anxiety?

Hey, my name's Jake and I'm 16 years old. I've always head extreme anxiety, in elementary school I'd always have bad temper and yell at the whole class. Now at 16, I still don't feel right and it's too the point to where I am going crazy. Everyday I'm on a long search on the internet to find what's going on in my head and what can help. When I think back to when I was very little, around 5 or 6, I always remember the time that a very large rock was dropped on my head. I didn't get knocked out but it was very serious and had stitches and stayed in the hospital for a while. And now I think that is the reason. Here is what is going on in my head... I think too much of what other people think of me. Or just think to hard in general. I always feel like things are awkward, when they're not. Example: riding around in my friends car, I role my window down, I think he thinks I'm weird for having my window down, or he doesn't want it down. Even though he probably doesn't even notice my window is down or even cares. My thoughts often feel "cloudy" and I get off track easily. I feel like this issue is holding me back from doing some fun things and having a great life. I used to be a real good student, but now my grades are dropping extremely. I often find myself looking in the mirror, it's like I have to. I don't know why, but I think it's me trying to find who I am. It's like I have no personality. When I see people, on the street, in school, I try to see my self as that person, I do this as a way to really see how un normal I am. I also always think myself as another person, and if I saw myself so I get a point of view of what I look like and act. I am way overly conscious of my looks. When ever I learn about a new disease, or disorder, I focus all my energy on that and I think I have it. I once convinced myself I was mentally retarded. I just wish I could be somewhat normal in the inside as everyone else. I know you're suppose to accept who you are, but I think this is something that needs to be dealt with. I have made some very good healthy choices by trying to eat right, working out, and even joined my school's football team in hope that I can be mentally healthy. It's helped a little, but this is driving me crazy and can't see myself living like this for more than another year. I have an appointment in about a month with the therapist. Ok, I kind of have a problem and I'm not sure if it's serious or not. Everytime I get into a push up position I look in the mirror with my shirt off and notice that my right trap seems to be bigger than my left. But when I'm standing straight both sides are aligned. I've recently booked an appointment with my doctor to see if I have some problem with my spine, but I highly doubt it since scoliosis doesn't run in my family. I have a new HP laptop running windows 7, my tower was damaged and I have a beautiful wide screen monitor that I want to use. My question is, how do you watch a movie on the widescreen monitor and use the laptop for something else??? This has been making me nuts. A couple years back I walked the isles of my local FYE and saw some Jimi Hendrix Mcfarlane action figures. Back then I wasn't much into hendrix and didn't think much of it. Well Yesterday night a woke up around 3:00 -4:00 and I could of sworn I saw someone else in my mirror when I got up to go to the bathroom I dont scare easily but I really think that the person looked very realistic now I know this wasnt a dream because my toe when over the floorboards must of hit a lose nail and got cut and to make sure this wasnt a dream I checked this morning and there the cut was the exact same place where it was that night. Meaning of Tattoo Dream?

I had a dream last night that I was caught out in the rain, and when I went inside to change, I took off my shirt and found that my tattoo was bleeding ink. I dabbed the water and ink off, but I found that it had totally bled out a portion of the tattoo. I looked in the mirror and it changed from being partially gone to being totally mixed up like a Picasso painting. It changed this way several times, going from almost gone to totally rearranged. The actual tattoo I have is a black heart with a single eye crying blood right on my sternum. Ive been told that I am fairly attractive with a nice smile but when i take pictures, seems like i dont have any of these qualities. Alright, I looked up info on how to know if your a late bloomer and some of it really matched up to me. I hate being this short. I try not to measure myself to others a lot and also try not to look in the mirror and always look at my height. I feel like the stress is holding me back. I highly recommend R.L Stines "The first horror", "The second horror""The third horror", "Trapped". And especially his book "The dead girlfriend". I am very picky and hard to scare.. His teen thrillers are truly gruesome and very well described to the point where you feel like you are in them. They just suck you in.. And have some nice romance plots along with the disturbing core. If you like those, he also has plenty others in his teen thriller stories.

What does a dream of falling into a giant black hole the the ground mean?

I had a dream when I was a lot younger that I can't get out of my head. It was stormy outside in my dream. No rain or anything, but dark and gloomy. There was a lot of wind. It was kind of barren. A few trees in the distance. Like, I was in a giant clearing. And the ground was grass, then it faded into black and white kitchen tiles for about a foot, and then there's a huge, huge black hole in the middle of the ground. And it's swirling like a tornado. 12-18 inch reflector question?

I have a 10 inch Newtonian and I would like to upgrade in the next couple years to something in the 12-18 inch range. Do you recommend that I buy a mirror and a kit to make my own or spend an enormous amount of money on complete telescope. I like how the Meade light-bridge telescopes do not take up nearly as much room as a complete tube since they are just the framework that can but assembled whenever, but it seems like the primary and secondary mirror, and focuser would be constantly out of wack and need to be meticulously adjusted constantly. I am slightly upset by not being able to do astrophotography but after having a 10 inch reflector I am not sure I am willing to loose aperture to be able to afford a refractor that can track.

very good, but after one read its seems more descriptive of her environment than of her character and when you have to start talking abt her character with "julia was an intuitive girl...." it seems very blunt and in complete contrast to the description of her environment which flows like water. you are very good at description of the surroundings, use that to bring out the character. the character development seems very blocky, merge it with the rest of the text. when u describe the grass or the bushes bring out her thoughts abt how she believes there are secrets hidden behind them, in them/it and how when the wind blew she wanted to follow it to see where it went to see perchance where it began,< this is just a crude example to describe her curious character, her determination, start it off smoothly, ease into the character. ( i hope this helps somehow, i would want to read further)

The NHS needs reforms but not the way the government propose to do it. We have incompetent Doctors, lazy staff and filthy hospitals. Switched seats after an accident and lied about driving, HELP?

My friend got in an accident a few days ago and he was in the car with his friend. There were only driving 10 mph in stop n go traffic and a cop got behind them. The driver kept looking in the rear view mirror because the cop was behind him and the car in front of him slammed on his breaks and her smashed into him. The car in front was a Lexus and has a few scratches but his car is completely smashed since it's a Toyota. They pulled over and the passenger jumped out and ran over to the driver side and the driver jumped into the passenger seat so it looked like the original passenger was driving. They did that because the original driver didn't have a license. Now the passenger doesn't want to have a point on his record but we looked it up and you can get in trouble for lying about driving. Are all at fault accidents points on your record? And can you get in trouble for lying in the police report? Any advice is appreciated since the driver wants his insurance just to cover it but he doesn't his friend to go down for what he did.

The 750ml bottle is hand painted in a commemorative box with 4 matching hand painted flutes. The Champagne and glasses are in pristine condition and the box is in good condition. The items have never been touched and kept inside it's original box in a cool dark place for it's entire existence. However, I do know it is special and in 2009 was one of the years selected by Perrier Jouet at an invitation only tasting for their best years of wine making. I'm 16, I've been in hospital since February. I've been diagnosed with serious depression, and major anxiety. Pretty much my mind tells me EVERYONE hates me, or talks behind my back, even my friends, people i don't know, everyone. It's horrible. To feel like people hate you. But it's been going on to long, nothing is working, no medication is working either, nothing. Why, even when I ask for help, I get dIck heads saying that to me? why? So what do I do now? it's horrible, feeling like this. Thinking my friends hate me , thinking the public and family hates me. I weigh my self every morning when i wake up and a few times during the day. I constantly lift up my shirt when ever i walk past a mirror and am usually not very happy with what i see. I am 5' 4" and weigh 139 right now which is probably over weight. I just want to look good in hopes that i can find a guy that will make me happy again...

Men confuse me, make me angry, sad, unready, lack confidence and they arent making me in the least bit happy. Dont misunderstand, i can make my own self happy but im just tired of doing it by myself. I just get so depressed and angry and some part of me wants to be with a guy while another part hates them and wants them wiped off the face of the earth. At this point dont know what else to do and i would really like some help to fix this before i lose my mind. And i know you people might say that if i preferred women then i would have to deal with similar if no the same issues but at least i would be ten times more happier and chances are i wont get the same bs i see from men. i mean at least they can open up and say how they feel and do things to make the other person in their life happy unlike men. All my life when im around guy dont get happy, you just make me miserable and hateful. It seems to me that men in this world are not doing their job in trying to comfort me in any way. i mean i dont need you to wait on me hand and foot i just want you to be there to support me emotional or physically. I had a dream when I was a lot younger that I can't get out of my head. It was stormy outside in my dream. No rain or anything, but dark and gloomy. There was a lot of wind. It was kind of barren. A few trees in the distance. Like, I was in a giant clearing. And the ground was grass, then it faded into black and white kitchen tiles for about a foot, and then there's a huge, huge black hole in the middle of the ground. And it's swirling like a tornado. I'm in first person point of view, looking at it, and I get closer. When I'm right up to it, the wind is whipping around, and I turn so my back is facing it and fall backwards into the giant hole. I think I have an eating disorder, and I think its affecting my growth?

Why are my photos blank (Windows Vista)?

I just imported some photos onto my computer today. I could see the photos fine. Then I proceeded to edit my photos in Microsoft Office Picture Manager. I was also running a Norton 360 scan at the same time. When my Norton scan ended, some of my photos were showing up blank/white. I closed Picture Manager without saving and went to see if my photo thumbnails were showing up in my Photos folder. They were still blank so I restarted my computer in hopes of it fixing itself. When my computer restarted, the photos were still coming up blank. I really need these photos and would like to recover them. The files are still there, they just look like I took a picture of a white abyss. My Norton 360 scan cleaned up Windows Temporary Files, and I believe this may have to do with why my photos messed up. Please help.

Special education debilitates children from excelling. what do you think?

As a child I was forced into the special education system because I was bored with the indoctrinated curriculum. I was an enigma to my teachers and their textbook knowledge. I would ask questions with uninvited answers to what the government conceived as normal learning material. I always thought school was a waste of time and energy. As a child I was way beyond my years with inherited wisdom. I saw the world for what it was a distraction of time, even time is a man made theory. I would question why we spent so much "time" learning about other peoples history and why it was such a deciding factor to my future wellbeing. As they indoctrinate this material into our heads we learn the "normalcy's" of tomorrow, hence why history repeats itself. Forced into puppets the puppeteers trench forward into telling us that we have to learn this stuff to become "normal" and grow up to spend thousands of barrowed dollars for paper validation. Once my teachers caught wind of my un-conformist mind they sent me where I would become humbled before the whole school, special ed. I was mortified at the idea of going, seeing as how it was right in the middle of the whole school. I become humbled to my own inquisitive mind and began to hide behind the walls that had been licked by fellow classmates. Even though I only had to go there for one class I knew I had become ostracized from my friends. I was told that I could not be in the same study hall as my friends but had to go in shame to my "one" on one time. I loathed my teacher. I used to stare her down with my vengeful eyes. She would always ask me if I needed help with my homework or other "needs". In my mind I was searching for the reason to this condescending scenario that I had gotten myself into. After they forced me into this program my grades started to slip as did my yearning to go to school. This was not teaching me anything other than kids are horrible. I was teased and harassed., broken down by my peers my ego shattered onto the floor for others to stomp on. My friends became my enemies. The people I once shared a bond with knighted me a retard. I would run home to cry all alone in my bedroom. My home life was depressing enough with an absent mother and an abusive father. I had no one. Because of my current placement my whole world had become darkened with an abyss of endless tears. No light was to be found in my million mile tunnel. Long story short I begged to be homeschooled, and won the battle. I was self taught and graduated 3 years before my classmates. I met friends from out of town when I attended college. So my question to you is do you think that they should just get rid of this awful system so that children can excel with their confidence and not feel ostracized from their "community"? Should we continue to let children be ridiculed by classmates into thinking they are nothing of importance? What are you thoughts? Do you have a child in special ed? If you so you might want to consider future consequences.
